Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information in a way that doesn't directly identify you. We have turned off Google's advertising features. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on without affecting how the site works.
Contact form
Our contact form opens your own email app with your enquiry filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and the message goes straight to our inbox.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and phone and text message providers. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Tradie Callbacks: information about callers
When a business uses Tradie Callbacks, we process the phone numbers and messages of people who call that business, on the business's behalf. We use this information only to provide the service to that business. If you are a caller and want to ask about your information, please contact the business you called, or contact us directly.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
